Land For Ages
Antarctica is the fifth-largest continent with over 14 million square kilometers of land, and it is the least densely populated place in the world. Despite the size, you would think that humans would have already found a way to make life more comfortable in the area and make it habitable.
We guess the penguins have no encroachment issues since they have the entire continent to themselves, with the fish underneath the block of ice not facing extinction. Maybe someday, the human species will adapt to the weather and develop the place.
