Nicky Butt’s former home is currently the most expensive in Greater Manchester. The manor home is located on Broadway, which itself is the most expensive street in Greater Manchester, with the average home priced at a whopping £3 million! After splitting from his ex-wife Shelley, Butt put up the home for sale with a price tag of £7 million.
Having originally purchased by Butt for £4.4 million, the six-bedroom seven-bathroom mansion features a pool, bar, cinema, and a leisure complex. After nine years of coaching, Butts recently announced that he would be stepping down as the head of team development for the Manchester United football club.
