Well, the same-name character was Tobias Fornell’s daughter on the show and was played by Juliette Angelo, who had already gained an impactful presence by her time in ‘How the Grinch Stole Christmas.’ So, it wasn’t unexpected that she gathered even more acclaim for ‘NCIS.’
