She is a Canadian television journalist, currently still the chief anchor and executive editor of Global National. Her hubby, Anderson, is a political strategist, providing political commentary for CBC.
They clearly have a connection. In the same year that Friesen divorced Tom Kennedy, in 2018, she did not let grief hold her back from re-marrying again, this time to Anderson. The serious journalist seems to have softened, describing herself as a prairie farm kid and a soccer mom.
