Winston Churchill
Winston Churchill was the prime minister of the British government during World War II, a multifaceted personality who also served as a British Army commander, writer, and historian. As a young man, he served in the military and fought in the Anglo-Sudan War, gaining fame as a war correspondent while authoring books about his campaigns.
Churchill traveled to various destinations, such as India, Cuba, and South Africa, where he was imprisoned and witnessed deadly conflicts. He had to scale a 10-foot wall and make his way through Pretoria to escape. For his many achievements, he is regarded as one of the most influential figures in British history.
