Many people came to know of Evelyn Lozada after her appearance in the hit series “Basketball Wives” in 2010. Unlike other actresses, she found love far away from the acting field with an American football star named Chad Johnson. The two dated for a few years before walking down the aisle in 2012.

At first, the union of Johnson and Lozada seemed like one made in heaven, but after 41 days of their marriage, things didn’t go as expected. When Lozada filed for divorce for several assault charges, the Miami Dolphins released Johnson, and his career began taking a downward spin until he retired in 2017.
