Even though they went on a blind date, they stayed away from each other for some time before he proposed in 2015. A year later, the couple walked down the aisle in a small, intimate ceremony in Tennessee. The pair is going strong, and East announced his retirement intentions in 2022 to help his wife raise their two children.
