Maggie Smith is so acclaimed for her stage, film, and T.V. career that she was titled Dame Margaret Natalie Smith by Queen Elizabeth II in 1990. The British actress boasts a career showcasing iconic masterpieces like Nowhere to Go, Tea with Mussolini, and the Harry Potter series. The Gosford Park star has spent almost seven decades in the limelight, retaining incredible popularity throughout.

Downtown Abbey once again rewarded fans with an authentic performance in the striking role of Violet Crawley. Its popularity led to a movie in 2019. We haven’t seen anything since, but Smith does have both A Boy Called Christmas and The Miracle Club coming soon.
