Angela Lansbury, 96 Years Old

Murder She Wrote’s Angela Lansbury started her career as a theatre actress touring Canada. Gaslight got Lansbury noticed, and she soon signed with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. Once The Manchurian Candidate arrived, the London-born actress was already established as a star. Both it and All Fall Down reached critical acclaim.

One of Lansbury’s most iconic roles is Nurse Ratched in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest. After Murder, She Wrote, she played shows like Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and, more recently, Little Women.
