Nina Hartley, 63 Years Old

Avid adult film entertainment consumers are probably familiar with Marie Louise Hartman or Nina Hartley. CNBC called her “a legend in the adult world,” and this is substantiated. It was in the ’80s when she began to explore making money out of the industry, and she hasn’t stopped since.

Little did fans know that Hartley earned a nursing degree, graduating magna cum laude. She was also a licensed nurse for a year until 1986. Since then, she has made it a point to champion feminist activism. Hartley has also appeared in some mainstream movies like “Boogie Nights” and “Bubbles Galore.”
