Paul Scholes and Claire Froggatt
Paul Scholes is part-owner of the football club Salford City in partnership with Ryan Giggs, Nicky Butt, and Gary and Phil Neville. Since 2020, he also serves as the team’s caretaker. Manchester United had him on contract for his entire playing career, and he recorded 150 goals over two decades.
He isn’t the stereotypical player and has a shy personality off-field. Roy Keene once addressed it, explaining that Scholes simply chose to focus on the professional side of sports. In 1999, Scholes tied the knot with Claire Froggatt. The couple resides in Greater Manchester with their three children. Their youngest son is autistic.
