Tackling the System
Having featured prominently in the story, Tony was asked what he thought could be the best solution. He proposed that teachers have no authority to decide what is appropriate or not. To him, that decision should be left to the students’ parents.
His opinion gained a lot of traction, making it public. Perhaps he forgot that he was handling a thorny issue touching on teenagers and not younger children. That generation is hard to control, let alone choose clothes for to wear. Was what Tony proposed plausible, or was there an underlying issue?
