Tony Blair – Durham
In Tony Blair’s previous constituency, Myrobella House in Trimdon Colliery, County Durham, has a place in history. Blair walked from there to cast his vote in the 1997 election, which resulted in a landslide Labour victory, which they repeated until the 2005 election.
The independent four-bedroom house, built in 1898, is touted as a one-of-a-kind historical property with seven fireplaces. In 1983, he and his wife Cherie bought the property for roughly £30,000. Former US President George W Bush even visited this historic house in 2003. Wright Homes is selling it right now and is currently listed on the market for £299,950.
