Her multiple income streams come from personal training, hosting talk shows, and she’s also released diverse strength and conditioning content. Michaels also established the Sky Sport & Spa medicine facility in 2002. 

Her app is one of the top ones in the field and has won several Google as well as Apple awards. In addition, she works with various organizations like the UNHCR to raise awareness about refugees. The nine publications she’s authored on wellness topics have made it on the New York Best Seller list. She’s worth an estimated $18M.
