Honesty is key when it comes to buying and selling. Misrepresentation of a product or service can have serious consequences, including legal action. The seller in this case should be held accountable for supplying false information although we doubt that this cuddly creature would be reported.

It is important to be truthful and provide a clear description of all items being sold. Trying to deceive people will only result in trouble and a lack of trust. Perhaps, the seller sees the cat as a family rather than a pet! Cats tend to be more active during the low light periods of dawn and dusk, a behavior known as crepuscularity.
