A Highly Confusing Image

Looking at this picture, one may think it’s either a significantly tall lady or a mermaid but with legs instead of a tail. Sadly, all these guesses are wrong. It is, in fact, a perfectly timed photograph of two different swimmers in a synchronized position. Isn’t that mind-blowing?!

We lack information if it was a part of the routine or things happened on the spot out of coincidence, but let’s appreciate the photographer’s instinctive move to capture such a bizarre, complicated, yet beautiful moment.
