Russell was determined to scare off the porch pirate but didn’t want to resort to violence. Still he knew he needed to take drastic measures to protect his property. After much consideration, he came up with a plan that would strike fear into the thief’s heart.
He began to construct a device that would startle the thief and make him think twice about ever stealing another package. The device was designed to make a loud, terrifying noise that would catch the pirate off guard and force them to flee. Russell couldn’t wait to see the look on the thief’s face when his plan worked.
