Local Authorities Didn’t Care
To the porch pirates, the contents of a package were irrelevant. They’d swipe anything from a roll of toilet paper, to high-end car parts. And it didn’t matter if Russell was home or away, either. The daring thieves would strike whenever the opportunity presented itself.
Since Russell wasn’t one to sit idly by and watch his deliveries disappear, he decided to take a stand by informing the authorities. Unfortunately, even after reporting the thefts to the Police, Russell received no help. Feeling frustrated and defenseless, he decided there and then that if the Police couldn’t solve the problem, he’d do it himself.
