Shawn Mendes shot to fame using the now-defunct social media platform Vine. He posted music videos that industry big-wig Andrew Gertler soon noticed. He signed for Island Records and has since been churning out hits like Treat You Better, If I Can’t Have You, and Señorita.

Canadian born and bred, Mendes lives in Toronto in a 1,144-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. It also has 750-square-feet of terrace space and has impressive views of the city skyline. He purchased the property in 2017 for $1.75 million. He also forks out $1,114 in monthly condo fees.
