Leona Lewis – $2.25 million, Hollywood Hills
Leona Lewis is a British songstress who shot to fame after winning the 2006 edition of The X Factor. She broke through with a cover version of the Kelly Clarkson song A Moment Like This but left her mark with her first album Spirit, which went 10x platinum.
She resided in Los Angeles for a period in her career, living in Hollywood Hills in a 3,946-square-foot house on three-quarter acres of land. The house comes with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, horse stables, and ample space for guests. Lewis will be touring with Gary Barlow in late 2021.
