Taking A Stretch To The Extreme
It would be best if you never skipped stretching and foam-rolling before and, most importantly, after your workout. It’s what helps the muscle relax and let go of all the tension piled up from all the work it’s done, more so if there was some heavy lifting done. However, a stretch like the one in the picture is just way too stretchy for most of us.
The lady must also be in the dance, yoga, or ballet classes held at the gym to attain that level of flexibility on display. From our view, those triceps don’t hide all the efforts she must have put in on those arms.
