Donald Trump – Mar-a-Lago, $160 Million
When you’re a renowned billionaire and former U.S. President, your home naturally evokes lofty expectations. And for Donald Trump, those expectations are met and exceeded thanks to his Mar-a-Lago mansion. It was bought in 1985 for $10 million and is the 20th largest mansion in the United States.
Trump’s renovation efforts include a 20,000-square-foot ballroom. And with 126 rooms spanning 62,500-square-feet, there’s no justification needed for Forbes’ $160 million valuations. Mar-a-Lago is nicknamed the Winter White House as it’s hosted world leaders like Xi Jinping. In 2022, the Washington Post reported that documents from Trump’s time in office were found on the residence.
