Chris Cornell – Suicide By Hanging

Chris Cornell was gifted with an astonishing four-octave vocal range. The frontman of Soundgarden and Audioslave had such a powerful voice that he wowed his fans whenever he sang hits like “Black Hole Sun.” It’s also shocking to hear without the expected hard-rock accompaniment, like when he sang his rendition of Prince’s “Nothing Compares 2 U.”

In May 2017, Cornell sadly lost his life after hanging himself, as per the coroner’s investigators. Toxicology tests also revealed that the dynamic vocalist and guitarist had Ativan, barbiturates, naloxone, caffeine, and a decongestant in his system at the time of his passing.
