Phil Cool, 74
Although he’s retired, English comedian Phil Cool perhaps became famous through his own shows and his numerous funny faces. He starred in “Cool It” between 1985 and 1990, “Cool Head” in 1991, and “Phil Cool” in 1992. While these series were running, this articulate impressionist also performed as a comedian on tours.
Even though his fame came through acting and comedy, Cool also dabbled in music and songwriting while being an author. He debuted in 1981 and went on to have 32 successful years before retiring in 2013. The resident of Chipping, Lancashire’s last on-screen appearance was on “Punk Strut: The Movie” in 2016.
