Duncan Campbell
While people idolize spies like James Bond and soldiers like John Rambo, Journalists’ lives are equally as exciting and dangerous as well. Just ask Duncan Campbell, the legendary British investigative journalist who gave new meaning to the job with his exploits.
He was arrested along with two other journalists for a story called The Eavesdroppers, in which he revealed secrets about the British Government Communications Headquarters. He once had his door kicked down, and the house searched because of a story called Secret Society that led to the Zircon affair. He is still active today and specializes in computer forensics; he is also openly gay and covers issues of gay rights.
