Jana Wendt And Brendan Ward – Together Since 1984

Jana Wendt’s marriage to her longtime partner Brendan Ward is almost as long as her TV career. She met him in the 1980s while working as a cameraman, and she was a promising reporter and journalist. They had their wedding in 1984 and have stuck together since then.

Before leaving Nine Network in 2006, Wendt was one of Australia’s highest-paid presenters with a take-home of $1 million. She won a Gold Logie and interviewed infamous figures like Muammar Gaddafi and Alan Bond. These days, she’s an accomplished writer. She did appear on-screen again in 2018 to present the Logies Hall of Fame award.
