Leaving The Stage Dignified
Here is a snap of American singer-songwriter Richie Havens coming down the stage at the end of his three-hour set at Woodstock. He might have been walking away and ending his performance then, but he kept strumming his guitar with much passion and concentration until it faded away.
Havens rose to fame for encompassing various elements of music such as folk, soul, rhythm, and blues. He served as the opening act in the event and spent a long time onstage because other acts were running late. There were no regrets as his performance earned widespread recognition, he rose higher to stardom and launched his record label, the Stormy Forest.
