Everyone was hyped for Woodstock that they were willing to go through anything to arrive at the festival. While the festival was a huge treat, going back home was a problem some goers did not plan ahead of time. Take this girl, for example, who was trying her best to take a ride through New York City.

We hope she had that safe and comfortable ride back to NYC with her creative board. The law advises the public to take hitchhiking seriously. After all, it is better to be safe than sorry. According to Calmer Travel, hitchhiking is illegal in Delaware, Idaho, Nevada, New Jersey, and Utah as of 2021.
