Larry Emdur – $800K
Larry Emdur dropped out of school at 15 years old to start working as a copy boy at the daily newspaper The Sydney Morning Herald. He soon moved into television, becoming the youngest newsreader in Australia after presenting the Seven Network overnight news.
He became one of the most popular television personalities in the country, hosting several Australian versions of American shows like The Price is Right and Wheel of Fortune. He also had work in America, acting as the guest host of the Cliff Hanger segment of The Price Is Right. He is currently set to host The Chase Australia.
