When actor Ashton Kutcher put down the ten million dollars for his new house in Santa Barbara, he was well aware that he would basically be getting two houses for the price of one.
That’s right. Ashton’s new abode features one four-bedroom dwelling and another two-bedroom dwelling, which means there is plenty of space for both family and visitors. Plus, seeing as all this, and the sweltering hot tub is located mere meters from the beach, this place is the perfect residence to call home permanently or use as a vacationing spot. However, we think Ashton is going to use it for the former.
