Jason Statham may like his roles to be all in the Fast & Furious stunt-oriented realm, but his choices in real-estate investment remain the complete opposite. He prefers places that give off a tranquil and zen-like vibe, which is why he opted for a property in Los Angeles and completely redid it with extensive renovations.

While initially paying $2.7 million for the residence, by his own admission, the work Statham had done was reasonably expensive since the budget was not an issue for the A-lister. Despite loving the four-bedroom, three-bath house, Jason decided to flip it for more money.
