CNN news anchor Anderson Cooper first visited Trancoso, Brazil, back in 2013, but he fell in love with the place so much, he decided to buy a house there. We all know that the location is not the most convenient especially considering that it is a flight and a car ride away from his base in Manhattan!

But does he regret it? Not at all! Anderson loves spending time at the beautiful abode that dates back some 500 years that sits in a picturesque, serene setting in quite the social neighborhood.
