Since giving birth to her second child, Kelly Clarkson has been juggling parenting and her career like a pro. In 2019 she started hosting The Kelly Clarkson Show, and people were quick to notice how much slimmer she looked. It turns out that she never started to exercise, so how did she do it?
According to her Twitter account, the change was because she read a book called The Plant Paradox by Dr. Gundry. She never changed her diet, but the food ingredients she put in her body, and as a result, she weighed 37 pounds less! Kelly’s now gotten a divorce from Brandon Blackstock and continues business as usual.
