Liam Charles – $150K
Liam Charles is a British baker, television presenter, and contestant from series eight of The Great British Bake Off. He is currently a presenter on Bake Off: The Professionals with comedian Tom Allen and is now a judge on the new Junior Bake Off with Prue Leith.
He has written two cookbooks called Cheeky Treats: 70 Brilliant Bakes and Cakes (2018) and Second Helpings (2019). He also writes a column in The Guardian on baking, where he lays out some delicious recipes, like roasted peach bao buns and mango slices with white chocolate ganache.
