Kamala Harris – Washington, D.C., Unknown
Being the first woman vice-president of America has its perks, and for Kamala Harris, one of them is living it up at the newly renovated Number One Observatory Circle. Nancy Pelosi – San Francisco, Undisclosed
Nancy Pelosi leads a busy life, being the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives. But we suppose even this workaholic likes to spend leisure time relaxing in her San Francisco house and watching the news of the day.
Though we’re yet to get a tour of the residence, considering her occupation, it is assumed that the politician has collected enough wealth over the years to customize her place exactly to her liking. We hope we would get to see how Nancy has built her casa with her hard-earned cash!
George W. Bush – Texas, $1.3 Million
Of all the places we imagined George W. Bush to be, it certainly was not in Texas! Well, it looks like the ex-president and his wife, Laura, love the country life and decided to make their Chapel Ranch in Texas a permanent home. Their love affair with the property was also somewhat apparent during his term as they frequently visited the property.
The ranch is surrounded by lush vegetation, features stonework, and has a forty-mile biking track. It is safe to say that life for the Bushes would never be boring at this $1.3 million-worth residence!

Condoleezza Rice – Bay Area, $2.3 Million
One of the most influential women of her generation would have to be Condoleezza Rice. Her stellar contribution as the country’s secretary of state is beyond remarkable! Despite her busy schedule, you’d be glad to know that Rice has other hobbies, too, like buying and selling prime real estate!
And while Rice’s property portfolio isn’t as huge as you would think, her Bay Area home takes the cake for being the most eye-catching amidst its simple two-bedroom design. So much that Stanford University snatched it off Rice at $2.3 million as soon as she put it up for sale! Isn’t that impressive?
Gretchen Whitmer – Michigan, Undisclosed
As the Governor of Michigan, Gretchen Whitmer is expected to live in the official mansion of the post-holder. In that capacity, the politician has two residences to her name, the primary one, which is located in Lansing, and the summer house, situated on Mackinac Island.
At the time of construction, the original cost of the latter property was somewhere around $15K when it was bought in 1944. By now, the price must have touched great heights, making the place immeasurably expensive. Not that Gretchen herself has to pay a penny of that sum!
Hillary Clinton – Whitehaven, $2.85 Million
With a name like Whitehaven, Hillary Clinton’s house is a contender for America’s most iconic houses. This home is a 5500 square feet behemoth of Neo-Georgian design accentuated with iconic red bricks.
Clinton’s home was built in 1951, so extensive renovations were inescapable. The work was quite impressive as they managed to install a solarium in the area! As for the interior design, Mrs. Clinton has an eye for color, meaning the rugs and furniture were not escaping a splash. When you include the large pool and impressive guesthouse, its 2.85 million price sounds like a steal.
