Rachael Ray has blazed a trail for 30 Minute Meals with her culinary and gourmet expertise. So when she emerged with a whole new svelte look, we knew it had to be the result of a spectacular diet.
And we were right! Her excellent knowledge of food led her to adopt a Mediterranean-style diet consisting of mixed greens, olive oil, and lots of veggies. Let’s not forget a healthy dose of hydration with 8 oz of water a day too. With added weight training and cardio and kicking 40 pounds off the scale, Rachael is making 50 look like the new 20!
